L'autorità di vigilanza a cui viene indirizzato il ricorso informa il ricorrente sullo stato e sul risultato del ricorso, inclusa la possibilità di ricorso giurisdizionale secondo l'art. 78 del RGPD.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and the outcome of the complaint including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 of the GDPR.

Il ricorrente nel procedimento principale non potrà produrre un siffatto certificato in quanto egli, per l’appunto, non ha affatto seguito sua figlia in Austria.
